THE SCIENCE OF FUEL WIZE

FUEL WIZE/D-1280X was invented in 1988 by Dr. Morton Z. Fainman, PhD. Dr. Fainman’s PhD was in chemistry, and he was a career researcher in lubricants and fuels.

For years, Dr. Fainman advocated the use of low molecular weight synthetic esters as a fuel additive to remove engine deposits without the reduction in engine lubricity caused by most engine-deposit cleaners.

What exactly is an ester? It is one of a large group of liquid or solid compounds formed by the reaction of an acid and an alcohol with the elimination of water. Most oils, fats and waxes are esters as are many plastics.

In 1988, Dr. Fainman had a ‘sudden flash’ and realized that he should add high molecular weight synthetic esters to the low molecular variety in a fuel additive. Molecules of high molecular weight esters have the ability to combine (in a process called chemisorption) with iron molecules on rubbing surfaces (cylinder walls and piston rings) inside the engine to form a lubricant called “iron soap.” This is of special benefit in hot upper cylinder areas where pistons reverse direction and oil is very scarce.

This “iron soap” concept is very important in conditioning the engine’s seals, keeping them tighter longer, and chemically sealing other engine parts. A cleaner, more lubricated engine runs smoother and cooler, requiring less maintenance and as a result, engine heat is reduced up to 46%!

So how is it that this product can produce such impressive reductions in emissions for such a wide variety of fuels? It reformulates the fuel, causing two important changes.

First, it changes the fuel’s lubricity. The special blend of the two esters in the product increases the lubricity making the fuel more slippery. The fuel travels more easily through lines, valves, and the entire engine, slipping along with less resistance and cleaning the system as it goes. All of the internal components of the fuel system benefit from this cleaning action, including the fuel lines and filters, carburetor, spark plugs and injectors.

Secondly, FUEL WIZE changes the combustibility of the fuel. The addition of FUEL WIZE makes the fuels combust more completely. When an engine uses each measure of fuel to the maximum degree possible, it has two very important side effects. The first is a reduction in fuel consumption, and secondly, reductions in the un-combusted residues that an engine expels in the form of exhaust emissions. FUEL WIZE burns 99.99976% pure upon ignition, and reduces emissions without adding any of its own components to the exhaust.

So what does this mean to you as a consumer of this product? Basically, the savings from reduced fuel consumption along with decreased maintenance and repair costs will more than cover the cost of using FUEL WIZE. Many users have noted saving more than the product actually costs. Individual results may vary.
